Grace….the most amazing agent in town, we purchased our first home through her. If you are looking for an agent, she is the one you need to go to and look no further. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable with every step that is involved in the process. She is always available anytime any day to answer and help with our queries. She handles the paperwork and all the stress that is involved in the purchase so well that you don't even realize how much hard work and difficulty was required to achieve what you asked for. She makes sure that she doesn't let you experience any stress. I was heavily pregnant and in fact 1-2 months away from my due date, when we met Grace, she made sure we didn't have to do a lot of trips as we lived in Niagara Falls for the viewings.
